Bonito a la llanisca

El bonito es un pescado que está delicioso de cualquier forma, y siempre hay que aprovechar el verano para consumirlo en su mejor momento. Hoy traigo una receta típica aunque como novedad lo he hecho en la Crock Pot.

Ingredientes
 300 grs Cebolla dulce
 250 ml Caldo de pescado
 3 cucharilla Pimentón dulce-picanteCantidad dependiendo el picor deseado por cada uno
 30 ml AOVE (Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra)
 1000 grs Bonito en trozos medianos
 1 Cabeza de ajos
 Perejil fresco Cantidad según el gusto de cada uno
 1 cucharilla Sal marina

Primero trabajaremos la cebolla y una vez cortada en juliana, la pondremos en la crock pot a temperatura alta con un chorro de AOVE durante 2:30 para que quede muy pochada.
Esto le aportará mas jugosidad y servirá como acompañamiento en el plato.

Con el resto de ingredientes haremos un majado hasta obtener una pasta que añadiremos al pochado de cebolla con el caldo de pescado durante 30 minutos manteniendo la misma temperatura.
Añadimos también el pimentón según nuestro gusto.

Pasado ese tiempo, nos aseguramos que el caldo esté bien caliente y añadiremos los trozos de bonito salpimentados. Los dejaremos durante unos minutos para que vuelva a coger la temperatura y apagamos para que se termine de hacer con el calor residual, tener cuidado para que no se pase.
