Ingredientes
 120 g Mantequilla en trozos y un poco para el molde
 500 ml Leche
 120 g Fécula de maíz (Maicena)
 120 g Azúcar en polvo
 4 Huevos
 1 tsp Sal
 30 Frambuesas frescas o congeladas
 2 tsp Azúcar Glass

Preparación

Precaliente el horno a 180 ° C (Th. 6). Unte con mantequilla un molde de (Ø 20 cm) y reserve.

Ponga la leche en el tazón y caliente 8 min / 98 ° C / velocidad 1.

Retire el cubilete de medir y coloque un recipiente en la tapa del tazón, active la báscula y luego ponga la maicena. Agregue la maicena al contenido del tazón de una vez y mezcle 30 segundos / velocidad 5.

Agregue la mantequilla y el azúcar, luego mezcle 20 segundos / velocidad 5

Agregue los huevos y la sal, luego mezcle 30 segundos / velocidad 5. Raspe el fondo del tazón con la espátula.

Mezcle nuevamente 20 segundos / velocidad 5. Transfiera la masa al molde preparado y adorne con frambuesas, luego hornee durante 50 minutos a 180 ° C.
Retirar del horno, dejar enfriar y espolvorear con azúcar glas.
Servir frío, en el propio molde.
